The evolution of the organizational environment and the approach of how to manage when faced with the unforeseen

Resumen

La contradicción de las formas de gestión ante nuevas señales que transmite el entorno turbulento delimita el problema de la investigación: cómo evolucionar la gestión estratégica ante la evolución del entorno organizacional. El objetivo es determinar el enfoque de la gestión ante el surgimiento de situaciones imprevistas. Se emplearon técnicas de revisión documental. Todo ello permitió definir los aspectos que ayudarían a configurar una actuación estratégica ante lo imprevisto. A partir de conocer esto, fueron definidas las principales formas de enfocar la gestión ante el surgimiento de situaciones imprevistas.

Abstract

The contradiction in the ways of management before new signs that the turbulent environment transmits defines the problem of the investigation: how to evolve the strategic administration when faced with the evolution of the organizational environment. The objective is to determine the administration´s approach when faced with the emergence of unforeseen situations. They were used techniques of documental revision. All that allowed defining the aspects that would help to configure a strategic performance when faced with the unforeseen event. Starting from knowing this, the main forms of approaching the administration when faced with the emergence of accidental situations were defined.
