El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar el modelo de estructura organizativa presentado por Henry Mintzberg, considerar sus aportes, sus inconsistencias y la posibilidad de incluir ajustes que permitan superarlas.

Abstract

The objective of this paper is to analyze the organizational structure model presented by Henry Mintzberg, to consider its contributions, its inconsistencies and the possibility of including adjustments to overcome them.
