Resumen

Los cambios vertiginosos que están sucediendo en todo el mundo, nos obligan a repensar la manera de cómo abordar la estrategia, motivo por el que necesitamos nuevas fórmulas e instrumentos para mantenernos a su velocidad. En este sentido, el modelo de Matrices diseñado por el Dr. Marcelo Manucci, por su utilidad y dinamismo, brinda elementos para hacer frente a este nuevo ambiente, convirtiéndose en un instrumento estratégico de experiencia consciente y acción evolutiva al servicio de las organizaciones.

Abstract

The vertiginous changes that are happening anywhere in the world, force to us to rethink the way of how approaching the strategy, reason by which we needed new formulas and instruments to stay at its speed. In this sense, the model of Matrices designed by the Dr. Marcelo Manucci, by his utility and dynamism, offers elements to in front of do this new atmosphere, becoming a strategic instrument of conscious experience and evolutionary action to the service of the organizations.
