Resumen

El objetivo del trabajo se centra en mostrar un modelo de matrices, capaz de definir un sistema administrativo de innovación aplicándolo a una pequeña empresa de calzado, identificando los actores que intervienen en el mismo, centrando la atención entre sus relaciones y caracterizando los vínculos cliente-empresa.

Abstract

The purpose of the work focuses on the application of a model of matrices, based on the complex thought and on the systemic theory. Such a model should be able to define an administrative system of innovation into a small shoe-business by identifying the actors that take place in it as well as by characterizing the client-business link.
