El artículo presenta un caso práctico en el que se desarrollan diferentes herramientas para el tratamiento del análisis de inversiones bajo riesgo. Ellas son: el cálculo del costo financiero, los presupuestos flexibles, la medición del riesgo a través de combinaciones de variables múltiples y el Método de Monte Carlo. Una simulación, en la que se combinen los distintos valores asignados a cada variable, ponderados por su probabilidad de ocurrencia, es la manera más acertada para trabajar el tema del riesgo, siempre que luego se opte por un valor de distribución y se atribuya a cada variable, para luego realizar múltiples combinaciones de sus valores y se registren los rendimientos correlacionados de cada combinación posible.

The article presents a practical case in which are developed different tools for the treatment of the analysis of investments under risk. They are: the calculation of the financial cost, flexible budgets, the measurement of the risk through combinations of multiple variables and the Monte Carlo method. A simulation, in which are combined the different values assigned for each variable, weighed by their probability of occurrence, is the most acute way to work the matter of risk, as long as then it is selected a distribution value and it is attributed to each variable, with the purpose of making multiple combinations of their values and the following registration of the correlated yields of each possible combination.
