El presente trabajo expone diferentes modelos descriptos en importantes textos de administración financiera que permiten abordar la etapa de análisis en el estudio de viabilidad económica en la evaluación de inversiones. El conocimiento de las propiedades y las restricciones de cada método, permitirá mejorar el diagnóstico luego de realizar el estudio de un proyecto de inversión.

The present work exposes different models descripted in important financial management texts that allow to approach the analysis stage in the study of economic viability in evaluation of investments. The knowledge of the properties and restrictions of each method will allow to improve the diagnosis after making the study of an investment project.
