Para ello se realizó una revisión bibliográfica sobre tres aspectos fundamentales: percepción y cognición social, imagen personal y profesional, branding y netiqueta. El instrumento fue revisado por profesionales de selección de personas en Chile. In the present working paper, a bibliographic review was carried out on the relevance of professional image and it proposes the design of a questionnaire that allows identifying the expectations of the labour market on the professional image of a person working in the Human Resources area. For this purpose, a bibliographic review was carried out on three fundamental aspects: social perception and cognition, personal and professional image, branding and netiquette.
