La alineación en el ámbito laboral: últimos avances e integración teórica The alignment in the labor environment: last advances and theoretical integration Mayoral, Luisa Gangloff, Bernard nivel de alineación obediencia evaluación poder alignment level obedience evaluation power Las investigaciones sobre la norma de obediencia, conformismo o alineación, en el ámbito laboral se han iniciado en Francia hace unos quince años. Estas han puesto en evidencia una valorización de la obediencia en el trabajo, aún a costa de otros atributos. Los estudios que hemos realizado en este dominio en los últimos seis años, nos han permitido precisar el carácter inter-cultural (particularmente, en Argentina) de esta norma social y, explicitar algunas de sus consecuencias (especialmente, en materia de injusticias percibidas). Asimismo, los trabajos extienden su aplicación fuera del ámbito de la evaluación en el plano laboral, observándose sus efectos en la escuela primaria. Presentamos aquí un resumen y una integración teórica de estos hallazgos. The researches on the norm of obedience, conformity or alignment, in the labor area have begun in France approximately fifteen years ago. These have put in evidence a valuation of the obedience in the work, still at the cost of other attributes. The studies that we have realized in this domain in the last six years, have allowed us to establish the intercultural character (particularly, in Argentina) of this social norm and, explain of his consequences (specially, as for perceived injustices). Likewise, the works extend his application out of the area of the evaluation in the labor area, his effects being observed in the primary school. Let's sense here a summary and a theoretical integration of these findings.
