En la División Desoft Camagüey, cuando ocurren cambios imprevistos, se manifiestan dificultades en las asignaciones de tareas, reelaboración de planes con variaciones de los tipos o cantidades de recursos, productos o servicios, que demuestran que existen obstáculos para cumplir la estrategia con la flexibilidad debida. El objetivo de la investigación es elaborar un instrumento de medición de la flexibilidad de la implementación estratégica en la entidad, tomando como base el estudio de las dimensiones de la flexibilidad. La investigación es importante porque le suministra información a la dirección de la entidad sobre su implementación estratégica y novedosa por el aporte de las dimensiones y la creación del instrumento de medición de la flexibilidad. The correct implementation of the strategy is not an absolute guarantee that the march of the actions is carried out in a coherent way with the changing demands of the enterprise environment. In the Division Desoft Camagüey, when they accidental changes happen, difficulties are manifested in the assignments of tasks, elaboration of plans with variations of the types or quantities of resources, products or services that demonstrate that obstacles exist to fulfill the strategy with the due flexibility. The objective of the investigation is to elaborate an instrument of measuring the flexibility of the strategic implementation in the entity, taking as a base the study of the dimensions of the flexibility. The investigation is important because it gives information to the managers of the entity on its strategic implementation and it is novel because of the contribution of the dimensions and the creation of the instrument of measuring of flexibility.
