Impactos en la empresa del control orientado a lo imprevisto Impacts in the company of the strategic control oriented to the unforeseen Frías Adán, Jorge Antonio imprevistos estrategia control impactos tecnología unforeseen strategy control impacts technology Partiendo de que en la práctica de la gestión empresarial con estándares reconocidos para la función de control, emergen sucesos imprevistos, y de las exigencias al control orientado a lo imprevisto: ubicuidad, capacidad delimitadora, el dinamismo interno y la creatividad, la adopción de las decisiones cercanas al lugar del punto crítico, y ajustar ante los cambios inesperados para mantener la estabilidad del sistema; se identifican los impactos del control orientado a sucesos imprevistos en la empresa como sistema social que se transforma en constante interacción con la sociedad donde se inserta, basándose en el contenido de los Problemas Sociales de la Ciencia y la Tecnología, aplicados a la especialidad de administración empresarial.El control orientado a sucesos imprevistos como tecnología de dirección produce determinados impactos en la empresa que son de naturaleza ambiental, psicológica, institucional, social, tecnológica, legal y económica. El balance de los impactos es positivo en cuanto a su efecto en la sociedad, en especial en la organización empresarial. Los posibles impactos negativos se deben tener en cuenta, en aras de ser minimizados. Starting from the point that in the practice of the business management with acknowledged standards for the control function, unforeseen events emerge, and of the demands to the control oriented to unforeseen events: ubiquity, delimiting capacity, the internal dynamism and the creativity, the adoption of the decisions close to the place of the critical point, and to adjust in presence of unexpected changes to maintain the stability of the system; the impacts of the control oriented to unforeseen events in the company are identified, as a social system that develops into constant interaction with the society where it is inserted, being based on the content of the Social Problems of the Science and the Technology, applied to the specialty of business management. The control oriented to unforeseen events as a managerial technology produces certain impacts in the company that are of environmental, psychological, institutional, social, technological, legal and economic nature. The balance of the impacts is positive as for their effect in the society, especially in the business management. The negative possible impacts should be kept in mind, for the sake of being minimized.
