In the mark of the active list of the University in their relationship with the companies and with the community everything; and applying to the environment of the superior education of the Economic Sciences the concept of Social Responsibility, starting from the necessity of inculcating the students the ethical behavior in traverse form in the whole university career, the present work tries to develop the notion of Responsibility Social University student, on the base of the design of a model methodological transdisciplinarian that serves to a process of applicable teaching-learning in the formation of the futures graduated in Economic Sciences.
