Su desempeño en Cuba permitió la recuperación para el Vaticano de la Iglesia local, la cual esta comprometida con las posiciones políticas del pueblo Cubano. Asimismo Juan Pablo II ha reafirmado fuertemente la Doctrina Social de la Iglesia, y desde esa posición ha denostado fuertemente al neoliberalismo. Este último hecho, es el que legitima políticamente las recientes manifestaciones de las jerarquías de la Iglesia en la Argentina en sus manifestaciones críticas a la situación social y económica de nuestro país. Working of the Pope Wojtyla has meant a strong support to the collapse of the Soviet block, at the same time of being a serious intent of braking the development of the Theory of the Liberation. Its acting in Cuba allowed the recovery for the Vatican of the local Church, the one which this committed one with the political positions of the Cuban town. Also Juan Pablo II have reaffirmed the Social Doctrine of the Church strongly, and from that position it has insulted strongly to the neoliberally. This last fact, is the one that legitimates the recent manifestations of the hierarchies of the Church politically in the Argentina in its critical manifestations to the social and economic situation of our country.
