El cambio empresarial se produce en un contexto cambiante. La gestión estratégica se debe llevar a cabo con la perspectiva de lo imprevisto. Para ello se deben tener en cuenta las dimensiones de los sucesos imprevistos. La disyuntiva de actuación ante ellos es intentar prever lo imprevisto o no. El fin de la empresa no es prever estos sucesos, sino aprender a reaccionar ante ellos según la esencia de la propia empresa, de su rumbo estratégico y del suceso que emerge, mediante su arsenal de interacciones, interrelaciones, potencialidades y la formación de una actitud y una acción ante la ocurrencia de un imprevisto

Organizational change takes place in a changing environment. Strategic management must be led under a perspective of the unforeseen. To do that, the dimensions of the unforeseen facts must be taken into account. The dilemma of performance here is to attempt to or not to foresee the unforeseen. The aim of the organization is not foreseeing these facts, but learning to react in presence of them according to the essence of the organization itself, to its strategic aim, and to the emerging fact, by means of its arsenal of interactions, relationships, strength and of creating an attitude and an action whenever an unforeseen fact emerges.
