Acredita-se que a grande maioria das organizações de microcrédito tenham dificuldade para a obtenção de recursos financeiros. Diante desta hipótese, o objetivo principal deste trabalho é levantar, quais são as fontes de recursos financeiros que estão sendo utilizadas por organizações de microcrédito de três países: Brasil, Chile e Peru e verificar se tais organizações estão tendo dificuldades em atingir a auto-sustentação devido a escassez de recursos financeiros disponibilizados pelo mercado. Além disso, a pesquisa permitirá uma comparação entre as peculiaridades destas organizações, de acordo com o país onde estão situadas.

It is known that the great majority of micro-credit organizations have difficulty to get financial resources. From this hypothesis, the aim of this work is to find out which sources of financial resources are used for micro credit organizations in three countries: Brazil, Chile and Peru and verify if such organizations have difficulties to reach self-containment due the shortage of financial resources available in the market. Moreover, the research will allow the comparison between the peculiarities of these organizations, regarding the country in which they are located.
