Cuando se realiza un análisis sectorial de la acuicultura desde un punto de vista competitivo, es necesario hablar de procesos cooperativos y la constitución de alianzas como propone Porter. Así pues, en este artículo analizaremos en detalle los acuerdos cooperativos, su carácter implícito o explícito, la naturaleza de las actividades y recursos puestos en común, para finalmente, definir las interrelaciones cooperativas. Nuestro estudio de campo o investigación sobre la cooperación se ha centrado en la Acuicultura Española, así hemos procedido a contrastar las hipótesis planteadas para una muestra significativa de empresas, los resultado obtenidos se derivan de la utilización del paquete estadístico SPSS 15.0.

When a sectorial analysis of aquaculture is realized from a competitive point of view, it is necessary to speak about cooperative processes and the constitution of alliances since Porter proposes. Therefore, in this article we will comment as the cooperative agreements, its implicit or explicit character, the nature of the activities and resources put jointly, for finally, to define the cooperative interrelations. Our study of field or investigation on the cooperation has concentrated in Spanish Aquaculture, thus we have come to resist the raised hypotheses for a significant sample of companies, and the results are derived from the use of statistical package SPSS 15.0.
