The objective of the investigation is to elaborate an instrument of measuring the flexibility of the strategic implementation in the entity, taking as a base the study of the dimensions of the flexibility. The investigation is important because it gives information to the managers of the entity on its strategic implementation and it is novel because of the contribution of the dimensions and the creation of the instrument of measuring of flexibility.
