En la presente lección se pretende demostrar la importancia de la gestión del conocimiento como recurso estratégico clave para la competitividad de una organización. Se comienza aclarando conceptos como datos, información y conocimiento que guiarán el resto de la lección A continuación, basándose en la Triada Conceptual de Bueno, se estudian las organizaciones que aprenden. Posteriormente se analizar los principales modelos de prestigio internacional para gestionar y medir el Capital Intelectual de una organización. Para finalizar se analiza la Gestión del Conocimiento en el proceso estratégico de la organización haciendo especial énfasis en el proceso del conocimiento: su creación, codificación y transferencia. Se ilustra con el conocido modelo de creación de conocimiento de Nonaka y Takeuchi.

In the present lesson it is sought to demonstrate the importance of the administration of the knowledge like resource strategic key for the competitiveness of an organization. You begins clarifying concepts like data, information and knowledge that will guide the rest of the lesson next, being based on the Conceptual Triad of Good, the organizations are studied that learn. Later on you to analyze the main models of international prestige to negotiate and to measure the Intellectual Capital of an organization. To be concluded it analyzes the Administration of the Knowledge in the strategic process of the organization making special emphasis in the process of the knowledge: their creation, code and transfer. It is illustrated with the model acquaintance of creation of knowledge of Nonaka and Takeuchi.
