Determinación de una selección de indicadores que permitan tener, al momento del planeamiento y control, tanto una visión retrospectiva como una visión prospectiva; convirtiendo al Balanced Scorecard en una estructura o marco estratégico para la acción.
Abstract
Determination of a selection of indicators that you/they allow to have, to the moment of the planning and control, as much a retrospective vision as a prospective vision; transforming the Balanced Scorecard into a structure or strategic mark for the action.
